Eid Qurbani - Lamb (50 To 60 Lbs carcass)

Matured animal (kid not allowed). Carcass between 50 to 60 Lbs size. Home delivered on Day2 and Day3. Consider approx 7 to 10 lbs loss for fluid and fat from tag weight. Internal organs are very limited and not from the same animal. If any special instructions are there for Qurbani (name/ fathers name etc as per your custom) please provide that in the Comment section at the time to checkout. We pass it on to the cleric who recites the prayer at the slaughter house. Cut medium size stew pieces standard for Qurbani - no custom cutting as it gets extremely busy. Moderate/ quick fat cleaning. All meat will be mixed and packed in 3 equal weight packets.
