PROVIDES INOSITOL HEXANIACINATE This supplement provides inositol hexaniacinate, a form of niacin (vitamin B3) used in Europe for more than 30 years. Flush-Free Niacin Directions and/or Dosage Adults take 1 capsule three times daily preferably with food, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Warning Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. If you have gallbladder disease, gout, diabetes, impaired liver function, a history of peptic ulcers, or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
