Through years of working with bodies and navigating her own journey with anxiety and chronic pain, she’s learned how deeply intelligent the body is and how much it knows beyond the mind. Her work centers on creating safe, supportive spaces where the body can lead its own healing, release what it no longer needs to hold, and return to a natural state of flow.
