For over 80 years, the family has been dedicated to producing high-quality coffee while continuously improving cultivation and processing practices. The farm grows Bourbon, Pacas, Portillo, Pacamara, and Geisha varieties, and utilizes Semi-Washed, Honey, Natural, Aerobic, and Anaerobic processing methods to create a diverse range of flavor profiles that showcase the region's unique terroir.
