Kennametal SLVE-P 50 mm Long Venturi Nozzle

The Kennametal SLVE-P 50 mm is a long venturi blast nozzle with a wear-resistant silicon carbide liner. The nozzle features a robust polyurethane jacket and an aluminium thread with a 50 mm connection. The long venturi profile accelerates the abrasive evenly and distributes it across the entire blast pattern. Compared with a straight bore nozzle, this can provide a higher production rate and more efficient use of compressed air and abrasive. The SLVE-P is designed for use with a blast hose with an internal diameter of 25 mm (1"). The silicon carbide liner combines high wear resistance with a relatively low weight, making the nozzle suitable for a wide range of professional blasting applications. Silicon carbide is, however, more susceptible to impact and drop damage than tungsten carbide. Careful handling and transport are therefore recommended.
