Graphene Matrix Coating PRO V3 - 1L
Graphene Matrix PRO 3.0 — 1 Liter Installer Bottle The bulk shop bottle of our flagship professional coating. Graphene Matrix PRO 3.0 is the coating behind our 10-year warranty program — now in V3 chemistry, in the format volume installers actually need. One liter. Roughly 20 vehicle installs. Based on our standard dosing of one 50mL bottle per average vehicle including two coats, a liter covers approximately 20 full installs — more for coupes and sedans, fewer for full-size trucks and SUVs. What Changed in V3 A longer working window. V3 gives you more time to level before flash — fewer high spots and a more uniform film, even in warm bays. Your newest tech gets results closer to your best installer's. Slicker from the first wipe. Faster sheeting, less dust attraction, and a glassier finish straight off the towel. Refined graphene chemistry. Built on reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO) layered with proprietary resins — graphene for static reduction and thermal stability, ceramic for hardness and chemical resistance. Not marketing graphene. The real thing. 10 Years of Protection The PRO line is rated in decades of washes, not months. One properly executed install forms a permanent bond protecting against UV, oxidation, weathering, and chemical attack — backed by our 10-year warranty program for approved installers. Approved Installer Requirements Installations must be completed by an approved/certified facility and signed off by the installer. Re-sale of the coating product is strictly prohibited. Installers offer coating application at a minimum advertised price (MAP) of $900, not including preparation. Price competitively for your market, accounting for the value of a 10-year guarantee. For warranty validity, installs must stay current on the annual services outlined in the warranty information. What's In The Box 1L (1,000mL) Graphene Matrix PRO 3.0 coating Applicators, suede cloths, and prep chemicals sold separately — see our installer supplies. Shop Handling Work from decanted amounts, not the liter bottle — pour what the job needs into a smaller dropper or service bottle and keep the 1L tightly sealed in a cool, dry place between installs. Coating chemistry cures on air exposure; treat the bulk bottle accordingly. Prep Wash and remove all loose contamination. Clay the surface until glass-smooth. Polish or compound out every defect — the coating seals in whatever you leave. Strip polishing oils panel-by-panel with Ethos Detox. Skipped Detox is the most common cause of bonding failure. Purge trapped water from panel gaps, jambs, and lights before you start. Application Shake well. Nitrile gloves on. Apply out of direct sun on a cool surface — 65–75°F recommended. Load the applicator's suede face evenly and work one 3'×3' section at a time with slightly overlapping passes. If the applicator drags, re-load it — never stretch the coating with pressure. Watch for the flash: the rainbow effect turns to a fog/haze when the section is ready to level — typically 1–3 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Test a small section first to time your conditions. Level with plush microfibers (Utility Towels): first pass removes ~80% of residue, second pass finishes. Light, circular, minimal pressure. Inspect the panel and adjacent panels under a point light before moving on. Residue left behind cures into a high spot that needs compounding to remove. Layering: wait 1 hour between coats, all coats within 24 hours of the first. Cure: keep the vehicle dry for 24 hours minimum; full hardness develops over ~5 days. Advise customers not to wash for a week. Customer Maintenance Send every install home with a maintenance plan: pH-neutral coating-safe washes every 1–2 weeks and a topper every 4–6 weeks. Our Coating Maintenance Kit covers both and protects your warranty compliance.
