Since taking over her domaine in the foothills of the Alpilles in the late 1980s, she has transformed a rugged Provençal landscape into one of the region’s most respected biodynamic estates. Nestled just outside Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the vineyards are planted across limestone scree and ancient terraces, where the relentless mistral wind and limited water availability naturally restrict yields and concentrate the fruit.
