Join us for a one-off taster night where you can try a little bit of everything on the wheel! Work closely with your instructor, learn some tips and tricks, and then see where the wheel takes you. Our instructors will support you as needed, helping you create a few pieces to fire in the kiln and bring home with you at a later date. This course is intended for beginners, and we suggest you stay open-minded and humble about the process. Wheel throwing is tricky, so don't expect to walk out with your own multi-piece serving set! Most students are able to produce a few small items to take home (2-5 is common). Instructor will help you choose glazes for your pieces, glazing them prior to your picking up your pots. Pots will be completely fired 2-3 weeks post-workshop and be food safe + dishwasher safe. FAQ
