Colombia Juan Martin Pink Bourbon Oxidación

Roast: Light Tasting notes: Delicate and floral, with notes of cherry blossom, and watermelon We're excited to debut this new washed coffee from Juan Martin's farm in Colombia. This is another Pink Bourbon variety, which has become very popular since winning the Cup of Excellence in Colombia in 2022. Pink Bourbon is a taller variety with a pink ripe fruit, hence the name. This coffee uses an experimental oxidación process in which coffee undergoes a 48 hour fermentation, using temperature and oxygen levels to control the fermentation process. We recommend using this coffee for pour over, but as always it will be delicious with whatever your brewing method of choice!
