ESSDACK Counseling & Student Services Learning Collaborative The ESSDACK Counseling & Student Services Learning Collaborative provides a dedicated space for counselors and student services staff to engage in professional learning and ongoing support throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Through a combination of in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and individual coaching, members can focus on critical topics such as program needs, emotional resilience, community and family engagement, and administrative responsibilities. This collaborative framework facilitates problem-solving and networking opportunities, ensuring that professionals have the resources and peer support necessary to effectively serve their students and school communities.
