NV Cavazza Prosecco
The Cavazza family started making wines in the Veneto almost a century ago - long before Prosecco took the global wine market by storm. In the glass, this Prosecco is pale straw yellow, with soft greenish hues and a foamy perlage. Fresh aromas of acacia flowers and green apple are present on the nose. The palate is fine and delicate, medium-bodied with a slightly sweet finish, and a persistent, fine bead provides beautiful texture.
