NEW: Portrait Sculpture

Tutors: Rob Turvey & Tony Mott | Mondays 10am-4pm | 12 weeks Create life-sized sculptures of the human head by working from a model. Throughout the course, you’ll complete two projects using clay as your primary sculpting medium, developing a deeper understanding of facial form, structure, and anatomy. Your first sculpture will be fired in a kiln, giving you the opportunity to explore a range of glazing techniques and finishes. For your second project, your sculpture will be cast in plaster, allowing you to experiment with a variety of surface treatments, colours, and finishes to create a distinctive final piece.
