Moody Monotypes Printmaking

Instructor: Joy Garofalo Materials Included, you may choose to bring an image or photo for inspiration Participants will create atmospheric dark field monotype prints with an etching press using all manner of tools, from cotton swabs to paintbrushes to natural objects like twigs. Feel free to bring your favourite textures! Learn how to let go of preconceived notions and allow your work to develop naturally with a focus on mood rather than perfection. Come ready to play and experiment! *Oil based inks will be used however we will not be using solvents
