2026 "Hisoka" Yutaka Midori Shincha
This is such a beautiful Shincha from Kagoshima! It is very lightly steamed, preserving excellent leaf shape and lots of bright florals. We also find this one particularly buttery and smooth. This is picked in early April - about as early as you can get for a Japanese tea!
