Spring Favourites! Cheese & Wine Masterclass Thurs 24th Sept | 6:30pm - 8:30pm In-store at Supercheese 121 Swan St, Richmond Spring is starting to spring and what a time of year for cheesemaking!! Spring cheeses are often the best as milk is at its peak at this time of the year. On the night you'll be greeted with a glass of sparkling and a canapé, then we will have a tasting of 5 different cheeses, each carefully matched with a wine. We will also have a couple of our favourite cheese & wine pairings from 2026. You'll hear the stories of the cheeses and the people behind them, and why the wine has been paired with it.
