P. cuculatum strigifolium White Form - Species Pelargonium (Geranium) Single Plant - 6cm bio pot
P. cuculatum strigifolium White Form is quite a rare and unusual species subspecies. It has really pure white delicate flowers with bright almost lime green foliage. The leaves have almost peaks of triangles too them. A real delight to grow even though the flowers may be a little slow to appear it makes for a great specimen plant. The cucullatum species are believed to be the ancestors of the modern day Regal Pelargoniums (or Martha Washingtons if you are the other side of the pond!) Position: Sunny Hardiness: Requires protection from frost - This plant also has a dormancy period, where by they drop their leaves. Minimum water is required to prevent dehydration. Growing media: A loam based compost or a good quality multipurpose compost. Growth rate: Fast Flowering period: All year round How to care for your plant: Plant Instructions: If used as summer bedding plant at least 40cm apart. Care Instructions: Remove dead flowers regularly and feed once a week with a high potash feed (a good tomato feed will do it!) to encourage a better & longer flowering season.
