Condition: USED Aftermarket - Fire N Ice Description Fitment: *Fits all P22 clutches Adjust Belt to Sheave Clearance on the Polaris P-22 clutch without special tools or expensive machining. Most Boost and 9R clutches Belt to Sheave clearance are at the upper end of the Polaris spec: 0.040-0.060″. This is too large for optimum performance in the mountains. This leads to decreased performance, inconsistent clutch shift, poor bottom end, and grooving of the drive clutch sheaves. FNI recommends 0.020-0.030″ FNI Pilot Spacer Benefits: Allows Belt to Sheave Clearance to be reduced/adjusted by up to 0.020″. Includes a 0.010″ and a 0.005″ shim to fine adjust. Machined from 17-4 stainless steel. Held to tight tolerances. Easy install.
