Serenday - Pure Phosphatidylserine

60 capsules of 705 mg Serenday is a dietary supplement made from pure phosphatidylserine, extracted from non-GMO soy, in vegetable capsules. Each capsule provides 400 mg of phosphatidylserine — the recommended daily dose is one capsule per day. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid naturally present in the cell membranes of all body tissues, with the highest concentration in brain tissue. It is an essential structural component of cell membranes, where it plays a fundamental role in maintaining their integrity, fluidity, and functionality. The body is able to synthesize it independently, but it partly relies on dietary intake to maintain adequate levels, especially with aging. The phosphatidylserine used in Serenday is obtained from certified non-GMO soy, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulations no. 1829/2003 and no. 1830/2003, incorporated into Swiss law. The product is packaged in transparent vegetable capsules — without animal gelatin — and is also suitable for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.
