The lever is pumped repeatedly until the required tension is achieved. Step 2 - Seal: A steel seal (clip) is placed over the two overlapping strap ends. The sealer plier crimps the seal, locking the strap ends together under tension. Step 3 - Cut: The excess strap tail is cut flush using the cutter or the integrated cut function on the combination sealer-cutter tool.
