750g Commercial Bread Pan for Professional Bakeries The Carlyle CE750 TAS TRIPLE-TC is a commercial 750g bread pan set for bakeries producing a larger finished loaf. Known in the trade as the Tassie Triple, the set contains three bread pans strapped together for efficient handling through regular bakery production. Each pan has a 234 × 124mm top inside opening, a 215 × 114mm base and a depth of 120mm. The complete strapped set measures 455 × 250mm. The pans are formed from aluminised steel and finished with a commercial non-stick Teflon coating to support practical loaf release.
