For example, the internal spring made of OTEVA70 spring steel always ensures pressure on the pushrod tube seals, it therefore ensures a perfect seal, no matter how much the engine expands or contracts due to heating up or cooling down. Plus the greased O-rings move easily and don’t stick to the tubes. Furthermore the pushrod tubes can be mounted without removing the cylinder heads. Despite being made from aluminium, they do not have a smaller inner diameter compared with the stock tin tubes. And you can still fit the stock brackets for the engine tin! To prevent the shafts from being scratched by the retaining clips, they are hard anodized, while the cylinder head-side sealing tubes are anodized. All necessary O-rings and silicone pushrod tube seals are part of this German-made set. Among the particular highlights are the assembly tools, developed by CSP Products, too. You hold the two pushrod tube halves together with the little aluminium fitting tool and insert the tube into the case. Now, you guide the assembly plug through the cylinder head, place it on the tube, compress the two halves, remove the aluminium tool and relieve the assembly plug carefully until the tube sits properly in the cylinder head – as simple as that!
