Our Bratwurst Pork Sausage Links are a traditional German blend of spices and are ready to pop on the grill, add to a skillet with a side of sauerkraut, or in a soft bun with onions! Each 1 lb. package contains four 4 oz. links. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.
