No Returns / No Refunds Due to the nature of performance parts and fuel-system components, all sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for this Product under any circumstances. Assumption of Risk The buyer understands and agrees that improper installation, tuning errors, fuel-related issues, or using the Product on incompatible models may result in engine damage, performance loss, or unsafe operating conditions. DMR (Dave Moore Racing) assumes no responsibility for any engine damage, mechanical failure, or personal/property injury resulting from installation or use of the Product. The buyer accepts full responsibility for all outcomes and risks. Aftermarket Component Notice The Product is an aftermarket performance part and is not endorsed, designed, or supported by Honda or any OEM manufacturer. Use of aftermarket parts may void factory warranties or interact differently with worn, modified, or non-OEM components.
