FINDING THE LOVE OF YOUR KNIFE: Knife Talks 101

Instructor: Jesse Schneider - I am a husband, a father and a lover of all things outdoors: hunting, fire craft, woodscraft and anything horseback. I have been a knife enthusiast for a couple decades and like to geek out on the details (steel, edge geometry, handle Ergos and design philosophy, etc). Session Time 1:30pm Friday - Potentially 9am Sunday if enough interest Session Length: 1.5 hours or a bit more if people want to keep chatting Session Fee: Free Max Participants: 10 plus What to bring: Themselves, any knives they’d like to share about. Session Description: Through a series of demo knives, I’ll go over the design philosophy, intended purpose, differences in steels, edge geometry, handle and sheath design. Leaving room for open discussion and questions as needed.
