Speckled Yellow - Bio Shetland Single Yarn Bobbin

BC Garn's Bio Shetland is a beautiful 2ply, 100% organic wool, woolen-spun yarn which is dyed-in-the-wool using synthetic dyes and the most eco-friendly dye practices, as certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Designed as knitting yarn, this rustic, low-loft yarn is also great for weft-faced tapestry woven at 12 ends-per-inch, or held double woven at 6-8 ends-per-inch. There are 7g , 39 metres/43 yards on each Bio Shetland yarn bobbin. With this yarn, weave weft faced tapestry at 10-12 ends-per-inch or held double at 6-9 epi. Colourways: Each beautiful colourway features a dynamic mix of colours, some with small flecks of contrasting colours offering the feeling of a subtle tweed. Structure and content: 100% wool, 2ply. For weaving it blocks nicely. For knitting it fulls (felts) beautifully if desired, or simply softens up nicely with handwashing.
