One of our favorite seasonal pairings, sweet organic blueberries are marinated in an elderflower syrup for a delicate floral aroma and bright citrus finish. Lightly dusted with sugar, the crisp puff pastry is wrapped around the filling and baked until golden brown. Free from egg, dairy, soy, tree nuts and peanuts. Serves approximately 6 portions
