The 2000 vintage was shaped by a warm growing season, producing a Champagne of remarkable generosity, richness and charm. "A big, rich, toasty effort that fills the mouth with fruit, the 2000 Dom Perignon is one of the more full-bodied, concentrated releases from this estate. Offering lots of orchard fruits, toasted nut/bread, and hints of white flowers, it has moderate acidity and a fleshy, layered texture. It’s drinking beautifully today and is ready to go.
