Bodegas Los Bermejos is based in San Bartolomé, a town located on the volcanic island of Lanzarote in Spain’s Canary Islands. The estate has become one of the defining producers of volcanic wines in the region, known for its meticulous work with pre-phylloxera vines cultivated in Lanzarote’s extreme conditions. The wine presents a delicate pale salmon-pink hue with light coral reflections. Aromatically, it opens with notes of wild strawberry, red currant, and pomegranate, followed by faint floral notes of dried rose, citrus zest, and a hint of volcanic smoke.
