Product Description Flashback® Double-Sided EPDM Sponge Rubber Tape is a specialist made-to-order foam tape designed for bonding, mounting, cushioning, gap filling, sealing and vibration dampening. Manufactured from closed-cell EPDM sponge rubber with pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides, it provides a flexible, compressible layer between two surfaces. With an approximate density of 120kg/m³, this double-sided EPDM sponge tape is ideal for trade, manufacturing, workshop and industrial applications including panel mounting, gasket positioning, machinery cushioning, anti-rattle protection, enclosure sealing and general assembly. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to both sides of the EPDM sponge, allowing quick installation between two clean, dry and smooth surfaces without separate glue or mechanical fixings. A release liner protects the exposed adhesive until required. Made-to-Order Product This product is manufactured specifically to your order from a 930mm-wide master roll. Each selected width must therefore be ordered as a complete production batch. Production lead time: Approximately 14 working days before dispatch. Cut the tape to the required length. Remove one release liner and apply the tape. Press firmly along the full length. Remove the second release liner. Position the second surface carefully. Apply firm, even pressure across the bonded area. Allow the adhesive time to build bond strength before placing under load. FAQ Is the displayed price for one roll? Each width is manufactured from a 930mm-wide master roll, so orders are supplied as complete production batches. How long does manufacture take?
