Strawberry Elderflower Gin

A bright, refreshing gin inspired by early-summer strawberries and a love of elderflower. Created by Top Shelf’s Boot Camp student Alex Duffin, this Strawberry Elderflower Gin was developed through more than a dozen trials to find the perfect balance of fresh strawberry, delicate elderflower, juniper, and botanicals. The result is a strawberry-forward gin with a softer, fruitier profile that lets the vibrant flavours shine without overpowering the palate with juniper. The inspiration started with fresh, in-season strawberries and a nostalgic connection to elderflower. For Alex, elderflower brings back memories of being a little girl in Scotland, drinking elderflower juice at her great-aunt’s house. 375 mL | 37.5% ABV.
