Sea Buckthorn Oil (CO2)

CO2 Extracted, 100% Natural & Vegan Sea Buckthorn CO₂ Oil is a beautiful, deeply colored oil extracted from the fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides. Naturally rich in antioxidants, fatty acids, and vitamins, it makes a lovely addition to facial oils, skin care treatments, hair and scalp oils, creams, lotions, soaps, and other handmade creations. Its deep reddish-orange color and naturally strong, musky aroma are characteristic of sea buckthorn. Because this oil is highly concentrated, we recommend blending it at approximately 5–10% with other carrier oils or adding it to your favorite skin and hair care formulations. Sea Buckthorn CO₂ Oil may become thick or clumpy at cooler temperatures. If needed, simply place the closed bottle in a warm-water bath until it softens, then shake well before using. Its rich natural color may temporarily tint the skin or stain clothing and linens, so a little care—and a little oil—goes a long way.
