The Offspring - Smash (Remastered LP)

Released in 1994, Smash is the third studio album from Southern California punk rockers The Offspring and the record that propelled the band from the underground into worldwide recognition. Produced by Thom Wilson and released through independent label Epitaph Records, the album combines melodic punk, aggressive guitars and irreverent songwriting, with singles including Come Out And Play (Keep 'Em Separated), Self Esteem and Gotta Get Away helping define the sound of '90s pop punk. This remastered black vinyl edition features the album's original 14-track sequence, including fan favourites Bad Habit, Genocide, Nitro (Youth Energy) and the title track. First released on vinyl in 1994 and subsequently remastered for reissue, Smash became the best-selling independent-label album of all time and remains one of the defining records of the 1990s punk revival.
