Danish Teak Chest of Drawers, 1960s – 4 Drawers, Key and Recessed Handles

Danish teak chest of drawers from the 1960s with four spacious drawers, distinctive recessed handles and an original key. The clean-lined design and warm appearance of the teak make this a fine example of Danish mid-century design. We sourced this chest of drawers in Denmark. It is made of teak and teak veneer. The chest offers practical storage space with its four drawers and measures 80 x 40 x 83 (H) cm. The recessed handles are characteristic of designs from this period and emphasise its understated Scandinavian character. The condition of this Danish chest of drawers is very good. The chest has been fully checked, cleaned and rewaxed by us. It shows only light signs of wear consistent with age and use.
