It is perfect for spring cleaning, the New Year, starting a new chapter, refreshing your home after a difficult or stagnant period, or anytime your space feels like it could use a reset. Dried lime and lemon create a bright citrus foundation, while spearmint, eucalyptus, lemongrass, rosemary, and thyme add fresh green and herbal notes. Bay leaves and star anise round out the blend with a subtle aromatic warmth, creating a refreshing stovetop simmer that feels clean, vibrant, and energizing. To use, add the desired amount of the blend to a pot with approximately 3–4 cups of water. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat. Add additional water as needed to prevent the pot from drying out.
