Reigen 'Cosisi' Bodaimoto

Reigen is a Berlin-based sake brewery located in the basement of a former bowling alley. The old Keglerklause was renovated in 2022. Since 2024, it has been home to Reigen: an open manufactory for high-quality European sake and other koji-based beverages. Handcrafted and brewed in small batches – without additives, heavy filtration or sulphites. Each batch is slightly different, each bottle is individually numbered. Made from low-polished Carnaroli rice (90 %). Still – round, deep, with notes of exotic fruits, slightly oxidized tones and light acidity. Keep in a cool and dark place, serve chilled. This sake is unpasteurised and it continues to develop in the bottle. For slow development, store in the refrigerator (ideally < 5 °C). This keeps the taste stable for 6-12 months. Even after this, our sake remains enjoyable, usually with a softer, mellow profile.
