The brothers Pierres Yves and Patrice Cormerais know how to use the special features of the terroir and the influence of the Atlantic to create a wine with its own style, full of elegance, freshness and fruitiness. Like all Chardonnay, it is soft with the aromas of green apples, citrus, pineapple and a little nut. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with seafood, fish or poultry.
