Ruby Blooming Gel Clear 15ml 0.5oz

This clear gel coat works by dispersing gel colors to create gorgeous designs such as watercolor, marble, floral print, tie dye, gradients, croc prints, and more! Directions: After curing desired gel color of choice as a base color, apply a thin coat of Blooming Gel and do not cure. Use a dotting tool or brush to apply desired gel colors to create the bloom effect & cure under LED light for 30-60 seconds. Finish with Top Gel & cure for 30-60 seconds.
