ADGRE1 (F4/80 or EMR1) antibody
Anti-ADGRE1 (F4/80 or EMR1) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor-like 1, also known as F4/80, is an adhesion G protein-coupled receptor protein encoded by the ADGRE1 gene in human. F4/80 has a domain resembling seven transmembrane G protein-coupled hormone receptors (7TM receptors) at its C-terminus. Its N-terminus has six EGF-like modules, separated from the transmembrane segments by a serine/threonine-rich domain, a feature reminiscent of mucin-like, single-span, integral membrane glycoproteins with adhesive properties. F4/80 is predominantly expressed on the surface of macrophages and plays a significant role in immune response modulation and inflammation.
