TOFU TIKKA MASALA

Although the origins of this dish are unconfirmed, its status as a modern favourite are not. Tikka masala is made from a rich tomato and cream based curry sauce packed with an aromatic blend of spices and cooked slowly with firm tofu. Served with a sultana & saffron rice.
