Pago de Los Capellanes O Luar do Sil 2025

Pago de Los Capellanes are a winery based in and famous for their excellent Ribera del Duero wines. This is a fairly new project in Galicia. From Valedeorras in Galicia. White peach, pear, lime, floral notes with hints of acacia too. Crisp and fresh initially with lovely lime and stone fruit - typical of Godello, leading to a tangy quite weighty mid-palate, with a touch of spice, and a clean finish. Tremendous wine with a real bright energy about it. Very moreish.
