This deposit reserves your Scales & Tails Birthday Party at Tanglewood Hollow on September 5, 2026. Your party includes exclusive use of our discovery space for a two-hour celebration featuring a live reptile experience, themed activities, and plenty of time for exploration and discovery. We provide the party setup, including decorations, tables, plates, napkins, and silverware. This deposit secures your date and will be applied toward the total cost of your party. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Please note: • Deposits are non-refundable. • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. • Party details, guest count (limit of 12 children), and any special requests can be finalized closer to the event date.
