Yukon Northern Pub Ale

Inspired by the classic ESB (Extra Special Bitter) style, which marries the combination of malty richness with a touch of hop-derived bitterness. The end result is a Canadian take on a British classic, made with English Pale Malt and English Ale Yeast, along with East Kent Goldings and a touch of Chinook hops. The brewery describes this as balanced and full-bodied, with aromas of dried fruit, marmalade, spice, caramel, and more, a smooth malt backbone, and a clean finish. This is a limited release from the brewery, so it’s here for a good time, not for a long time.
