How to purchase from the custom collection: 1. Pick the style of hat or fascinator you like and purchase it. 2. Email a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like us to know to info@thehatgirls.com and we will send you a photo of the materials we have selected to be used for your hat. Before placing an order, please email us to confirm we have the materials and colors you are looking for. 3. Once completed, we will ship you the hat or it can be picked up in Louisville, Kentucky. Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur. Lead time can be up to 30 days for a custom hat during the month of April.
