Arwibon GT08 Front Suspension Axle + Spacer

Replacement front suspension axle and spacer for the Arwibon GT08 electric scooter. This part is installed at the front suspension pivot area and connects the suspension arm to the scooter frame. The axle passes through the mounting point, while the spacer keeps the suspension assembly correctly positioned inside the frame. Make sure the front wheel and suspension are supported before removing the axle. Do not allow the suspension arm to drop suddenly after the fastener is removed. 2. Remove the Axle Fastener Locate the front suspension pivot axle shown in the product image. Use the correct Allen key or wrench to loosen the axle bolt or retaining hardware. Hold the opposite side if the axle rotates during removal. 3. Pull Out the Old Axle Remove the axle slowly from the suspension mounting point. Support the suspension arm while pulling the axle out. Remove the old spacer at the same time and note its original position and direction. 4. Inspect the Mounting Area Check the suspension mounting holes and surrounding parts for: Wear Damage Deformation Dirt or rust Damaged bushings Clean the axle hole before installing the new part. Installation 1. Position the Spacer Place the new spacer in the same position as the original part. Make sure it sits correctly between the suspension arm and frame. The holes must line up before inserting the axle. 2. Install the New Axle Apply a light coat of suitable grease to the axle surface if required. Align the suspension arm, spacer, and frame mounting holes. Push the new axle through all mounting points. Do not hammer the axle in forcefully if the holes are not aligned. 3. Tighten the Fastener Reinstall the retaining bolt, nut, or original locking hardware. Tighten it securely with the correct tool.
