A proper bone broth made for cooking as much as sipping. We roast free-range halal chicken bones, then slow simmer them with onions, carrots, celery, garlic and herbs before concentrating and gently dehydrating everything into a rich, savoury powder. The result is a deep homemade flavour that's ready in seconds. Unlike many supermarket stocks and broths, we don't use yeast extract, artificial flavourings or fillers. It's naturally high in protein, a source of fibre, and packed with collagen.
