Our family-owned and operated farm partners do their own Whole Goose breeding, hatching and growing to ensure that the Geese are humanely raised. Fossil Farms 100% all-natural, free roaming Geese are raised in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Part of the “Never Ever Program,” our Geese are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones. They are never fed any animal byproducts, only farm-local vegetarian feed. Goose meat is darker and has a more intense flavor than turkey. The Whole Goose skin, similar to duck, renders while cooking, making the meat juicy and tender. GEESE ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROZEN & REQUIRE A 1-2 DAY LEAD TIME.
