This Executive Summary provides an accessible overview of the main findings emerging from a collaborative effort to better understand the links between climate change and wildfires in the Amazonia and Pantanal biomes. Drawing on both scientific analysis and the experiences of Indigenous communities, volunteer brigades, and local actors, it highlights how changing climatic conditions are contributing to more severe fire seasons and increasing losses and damages across affected territories.
