The mouthfeel continues with black cherry compote along with broad, plush tannins that are medium in weight that lead to a soft and lasting finish. WINE ANALYSIS Aging: 19 months of barrel aging took place in 100% new French oak. Alcohol: 14.8% TA: 5.1gm/L F: A combination of gentle pump-overs and delestage at critical intervals balanced extraction of ripe tannins and preservation of fresh fruit flavors.
