The Space Spread over two levels, the home is designed to make the most of its outlook, with two separate decks and double-glazed windows keeping the views wide open while shutting out the cold. Please note, the property will have all new furniture as of end of August 2026. Guest Access Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, living areas, all three bedrooms, bathrooms, and decks, plus dedicated parking off-street. The Neighbourhood Fernhill sits on the lower slopes above Queenstown, just minutes from town by car, with walking and biking trails right on the doorstep for those wanting to get outdoors. Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival, later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee. The first round of amenities is complimentary.
