Lavender oil 40/42 Extra - Payan Bertrand

Lavender “40/42” is very widely used in perfumery and means that different batches are blended to achieve a consistent ratio of linalool to linalyl acetate, lavender’s two major natural constituents. This helps perfumers achieve a consistent result for a natural which otherwise presents a high degree of variability between batches. This lavender oil is clean and sweet and devoid of the strong camphoraceous notes of lower quality oils. It’s our recommended “go-to” high-quality lavender oil.
